### HOW TO USE
 
__Adults and Children over 6 years:__ 
Rub Vicks VapoRub Xtra Strong on chest, throat, back, and other affected areas for a constant release of vapours to relieve nasal congestion and cough, and to warm away muscular aches and pains.
 

### INGREDIENTS

 
__Active Ingredients:__ 
- • Menthol 7.0% w/w
- • Eucalyptus Oil 3.84% w/w
 
__Also contains:__
- • Racemic Camphor
- • Turpentine Oil
- • Cedarwood Oil
- • Cardamom
- • Thymol
- • Ginger in White Soft Paraffin base
 

### WARNINGS
 
- • __DO NOT__ use on children under 6 years of age unless directed by a physician
- • __DO NOT__ apply to nostrils, wounds, or damaged skin
- • __DO NOT__ bandage tightly or use with heating pads
- • __DO NOT__ use for steam inhalation
- • Keep out of reach of children
- • For external use only
- • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately
- • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label
- • If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area
- • Discontinue use if irritation develops. Vicks VapoRub Xtra Strong contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation
- • Keep clothing loose
- • Consult a doctor if pregnant or breast-feeding before use
