OVERVIEW

__Ingredients:__ Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w. Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Lavender Oil, Fragrance and Thymol in White Soft Paraffin base.
 

__Directions:__

__For nasal congestion and coughs:__ • Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back. • Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day. 

__For muscular aches and pains:__ • Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
